Join us to hear a panel discussion featuring: Dr Yaro Fong-Olivares, Exective Director, Center for Women in Business Dr Danielle Blanch Hartigan, Executive Direct, Center for Health and Business and Professor of Psychology Dr Toni Heubscher Golen, Chief Medical Officer, Mount Auburn Hospital Women are essential to the healthcare workforce, yet the qualities often expected of women, including empathy, collaboration, and strong communication, are not always recognized or rewarded as leadership strengths. This conversation will explore “invisible empathy” and how gender expectations shape perceptions of leadership and advancement in healthcare. Through research, lived experience, and industry insights, panelists will examine the connection between invisible empathy and the healthcare leadership gap, while exploring how organizations can better recognize these critical leadership skills and create stronger pathways for women to advance.
