The 48-Hour Film Competition is back!
In honor of kicking off on Friday the 13th, this year every team starts with HORROR and will randomly be assigned a second genre to combine with it.
At the live YouTube stream kickoff at 7 p.m. Friday, November 13, filmmakers will discover the secondary genre along with a required line of dialogue and prop that must appear in their movie. Then the clock starts! Teams have exactly 48 hours to write, shoot, edit, and submit their films by 7 p.m. Sunday, November 15.
Completed films will hit the big screen at Ragtag Cinema on Monday, November 16. Doors open at 7 p.m., with the screening beginning promptly at 7:30 p.m. Prizes and awards will be presented to filmmakers following the screening.
