Decorative Digitalism

KU Visual Art Metalsmithing/Jewelry is hosting an international jewelry and metals exhibition featuring twelve Korean artists and seven US-based artists who integrate digital technology into their metals practice.

More than 43 works will be on view at the Edgar Heap of Birds Family Gallery in Chalmers Hall at the University of Kansas Lawrence campus.

This exhibition will be in conjunction with Decorative Digitalism III: Student Exhibition, a juried show opening on Thursday, September 24th at Off-Site Art Space at 924 Delaware St. The focus of this show will be artwork that utilizes digital tools (such as CAD/CAM, laser cutting, 3D printing, and CNC processes) in its fabrication.
