QHack 2026, Xanadu's quantum coding competition powered by PennyLane, runs online from Oct. 16-23. Free and open to all experience levels, participants can compete solo or as part of a team of up to four. The top team takes home a $15,000 grand prize.
PennyLane is an open-source Python library for quantum computing, used for everything from machine learning and chemistry to optimization.
If you would like to participate, we will help you find teammates and get started. You don't need a team or a background in quantum computing; basic Python is enough.
Bao Bach, a quantum science and engineering Ph.D. student, will give a short introduction, and then we'll put teams together. If you are interested, please RSVP, even if you cannot be at the kickoff event.
