Line Break: Poetry in the Library

Need a creative break? Join us for Line Break: Poetry in the Library, a monthly drop-in series at Geisel Library.

We kick things off with 15 minutes of open-mic poetry, offering a welcoming space to share original poetry and spoken word, or to just cheer on your peers.

Spend the rest of the hour getting hands-on with activities led by the Library’s curator for Archive for New Poetry, ranging from concrete poetry and zine-making to a hands-on activity searching the library catalog.

No registration is required; only your curiosity and creativity are needed. Drop in, take a break and realize the power of poetry.

These events support the campus-wide Common Read initiative.
