Study group: The Feynman Lectures on Physics

Ken Baumann invites you to study the 1961 – 1964 lectures of Richard Feynman given at the California Institute of Technology. Feynman was one of the most influential physicists in history and, important to our purposes, a very talented teacher. We meet weekly on Fridays in FAB 109 from 12:15 p.m. to 1:15 p.m. You can bring your lunch.

We will use this text: The Feynman Lectures on Physics: The New Millennium Edition. This text is freely available online and in hardcover form from Basic Books. We will proceed chronologically and move at a brisk pace.

If you'd like to be added to our email group and receieve each week's assigned reading, email Ken Baumann ([email protected]).
