Flexport's 18-Month Rotational New Grad Program — Live at USC
Every year, $10 billion in goods moves across 112 countries because of the platform Flexport built to make global trade easier. In 2026, Time named us one of the 100 Most Influential Companies in the world for it. We've launched 55+ new AI and tech products this year, and we're just getting started. This program puts you inside that machine from day one — not observing it, running it.
Register on Handshake
Over 18 months, you'll rotate through three 6-month assignments — Customs, Operations, and Sales Development — getting real, hands-on exposure to how a global logistics platform actually functions before you choose where you want to build your career.
Meet us on Wednesday 10/14 from 5pm - 7pm PST at Student Union (STU), STU B3 (Trojan Presentation Room),for an evening info session, workshop, Q&A, and networking with current rotational program alumni and hiring managers.
The Rotation
Months 1–6 — Customs: Learn how goods actually cross borders — compliance, documentation, and the regulatory backbone of global freight.Months 7–12 — Operations: Get into the mechanics of how Flexport moves freight for customers day to day, from booking to delivery.Months 13–18 — Sales Development: Move to the front lines of Flexport's growth, prospecting and building pipeline alongside our sales org.At the end of the program, you'll land in a permanent role shaped by where you had the strongest impact and interest.
