VC-SACL Annual Goals Writing Workshop

This interactive hybrid workshop will help departments translate the VC-SACL Strategic Plan into one or two focused annual goals that are meaningful, measurable, and connected to daily work. Participants will:

Identify a desired change for students, staff, or departmental operationsConnect that change to a strategic pillarDefine evidence of progressConsider the people, time, technology, funding, and partnerships needed for implementation.Participants will leave with one or two draft annual goals, preliminary measures, an accountable owner, and a short list of next steps and resource considerations. The workshop is designed for hybrid participation, with in-person and remote participants using the same digital handouts, prompts, timing, and opportunities to contribute.
