Blue Center Co-Lecture: Energetics and the Defense Industrial Base

The Blue Center for Global Strategic Assessment will host a lecture on “Energetics and the Defense Industrial Base” as part of the center’s Co-Lectures in the Theory and Practice of Statecraft series. The lecture will be delivered by Marcus Jones, Professor of History at the U.S. Naval Academy, and Abhi Godavarthi, CEO and co-founder of General Biological. The series pairs practitioners from government and industry with Yale professors to deliver joint, hour-long lectures on subjects of mutual expertise. Practitioners discuss events or policy initiatives in which they participated, and academics cover related insights or results generated by their research. The lectures are open to the Yale community.
