Bulldogs Belong Week

Bulldogs Belong Week, formerly known as DEI Week, is an annual campus wide initiative hosted by the Office of Equity and Inclusion that creates opportunities for students, faculty, staff, alumni, and community members to explore what it means to belong and contribute to a community where others can belong, too.

Through conversations, workshops, collaborative programs, and community building experiences, Bulldogs Belong Week invites participants to engage with topics including identity, leadership, allyship, culture, social responsibility, and belonging. The week encourages the Drake community to move beyond simply valuing inclusion toward examining how our individual and collective choices shape the experiences of those around us.

Now entering its third year, Bulldogs Belong Week brings together people and perspectives from across campus to encourage dialogue across differences, strengthen relationships, and consider the responsibility each of us holds in creating a more welcoming and connected Drake community.
