Legacy in Motion

This year’s Annual Dance Concert is a celebration of the 20th anniversary of Loyola University Chicago’s Dance Program. We joyfully honor the bold vision of the Department of Fine & Performing Arts leadership and our founding director, Sandra Kaufmann, to bring dance to campus and to lead with the mission of art in service of others. The concert celebrates themes of transformation, strength, resilience, and care, which are hallmarks of our dance community. As we consider embodied histories of movement, we look to the future with hope and the continued determination to engage the world with our creative passion.
