International Chess Tourney

Celebrate International Education Week with NIU Esports, ISSS, and the Northern Illinois Chess Club at our International Chess Tourney! Chess has connected players across countries, cultures, and generations for centuries. Join us for a welcoming evening of casual matches, friendly competition, and community. Players of all cultures, backgrounds, and experience levels are invited—whether you are a seasoned competitor, learning the game, or simply interested in meeting new people. No experience is necessary, and everyone is welcome!
