Shifting to Leader Ready

This in-person [MT419A] program is designed for those who aspire to a people-leader role. By comparing individual contributor and people-leader mindset differences, participants discover how a change in perspective and willingness to embrace simple influence strategies can pave the way for more effective leadership in their future.

NOTE: This course has a max of 40 seats. Once full, you can still enroll to join the waiting list and be notified if any seats become vacant.

What You'll Learn
By the end of this session, you will be able to:
1) Explain the individual contributor mindset and how it differs from a leader mindset.
2) Practice behaviors that grow our self -awareness.
3) Explore the pros and cons of various influence strategies.
