WalkUSC is introducing a new way to connect across campus. Beginning September, faculty and staff are invited to join monthly “Walk and Talk” sessions featuring guest walk leaders from USC leadership from across USC. Each 20-minute walk or roll offers an opportunity to connect with university leaders, meet colleagues, and support your health and well-being:

Take a healthy break during the workday

Meet USC leaders and members of their teams

Connect with colleagues across campus

Learn about campus well-being resources

Receive participation incentives

Everyone is welcome to participate in a way that feels comfortable—whether walking or rolling at your own pace, joining for part of the route, or simply being present to connect with others. This is a simple way to prioritize your mental health and well-being during the workday.

Learn more and register on the WalkUSC webpage. You can also join any of the regular walks happening at various times and locations.

We hope you'll join us as we build a healthier, more connected USC —one step at a time.

If you have questions or would like to request accommodations to support your participation, email Julie Chobdee, Associate Director, Health & Well-Being Program, at [email protected].
