Marketing Student "Mock' Networking Event

Networking is uncomfortable for even the most experienced professionals. You are told to network but do you ever get to practice? HERE is an opportunity to meet Marketing Business Professionals willing to help you. The goal: practice networking where the stakes are low so everyone becomes more comfortable.

DCOB Marketing Department and the Career Center are happy to bring this new experience to student. This is not job networking but an opportunity where students can practice and get advice. Naturally, as a bonus, your conversations will lead to career connections.

Dress for a business networking event. Ask for advice like 'how do I start conversations', what should I say or not say, 'can you provide feedback' etc etc
