SPAA alumna & current Practitioner in Residence Tansy Hayward (MPA '03) will present the inaugural Angela-Harness Cline Lecture. Building on her 2010 Public Administration Review article, "Practitioner's Perspective—Managing for 2020: An Exploration of Role Interdependence and Balance," Tansy will revisit her article and sentiments in a lecture titled "Revisiting Thoughts from 2010: The Continued Importance of Role Interdependence and Balance."
The intent of the Harness-Cline Lecture is to educate current students on the success of alumni and their work in the field of local government. The lecture is in honor of Angela Harness-Cline, a 2007 MPA graduate who served in local government in Grand Junction, CO, and Morgantown, WV.
