Get into the Halloween spirit with our Zombie Hold Challenge! Test your upper-body strength and endurance by holding a dumbbell in each hand with your arms extended straight out in front of you, just like a zombie. Stay strong, maintain proper form, and see how long you can last before the burn takes over.
