LEAD Event: Feel Good Friday: Difficult Conversations Around the Holidays

The holiday season is fast approaching, which can be an exciting time of the year. For most, holidays centered around eating, football, gifts, and family simply cannot get much better! But for some, the idea of "family" can cause excitement, confusion, stress and even dread.

Freshmen, this will be your first time experiencing the holidays since being at college and working to establish your own identity. Are you ready for all of the questions you think your family might ask? This might be something you have yet to think about.

Upperclassmen, this could still be a cause of stress for you as well. Afterall, who really enjoys questions from family about majors, careers, relationships, and politics when you are not even sure what your answers are? College is a pivotal time of your life where you are working to develop these answers and articulate how and why you feel the way you do.
