Mindful Tree Tour

Please join us for a tree tour and guided mediation! This experience will combine mindfulness with an opportunity to learn more about the trees we see everyday as we move through our campus. First, we will tour the trees in one particular area, identifying each species, learning about the trees’ life cycles, ecology, and other fun facts, and coming into mindful presence with each tree. Next, participants will be led through a guided meditation influenced by the trees and what we have learned about them. Finally, participants will be invited to connect with the trees through their five senses as a part of a Sense and Savor Walk. The Mindful Tree Tour is designed to offer a calm & curious space to connect with one another as well as with our urban forest at USC. All are welcome! Learn more.
