Vjollca Krasniqi - "Gender and the Politics of Remembrance"

Vjollca Krasniqi is professor of sociology and gender at the University of Prishtina in Kosovo. Krasniqi's research examines gender, transitional justice, memory, social history, and life in post-war Kosovo. She is a co-founder of the University Program for Gender Studies and Research and serves in leadership roles with several regional and international organizations, including the East European Sub-Regional Association of Schools of Social Work and Save the Children Kosovo.
