Veterinary Student Leadership Clinic

The Veterinary Student Club Leadership Clinic will bring together current and aspiring veterinary student club leaders for practical professional development over two Saturdays (November 14th and 21st). Planned for global virtual participation, with optional attendance at Lincoln Memorial University's OPCVM campus, the clinic will focus on representing members, influencing decisions, strengthening organizations, and building professional partnerships.

Through brief expert contributions, interactive cases, peer discussion, and guided exercises, participants will practice delegation, inclusive leadership, negotiation, community engagement, and succession planning. Additional sessions will explore public service, association leadership, international networks, and translating student leadership experience into professional opportunities. Participants will develop a practical leadership plan and test a small change between meetings, receiving feedback from peers.
