Featured speaker Christine Nguyen, Ph.D., Chair of Industrial Systems and Engineering, shares how an unexpected career journey shaped her path from aspiring physician to engineer. Unplanned: A Career Built on Open Doors Not every career follows a straight line. What started as a goal to become a doctor led to an engineering career connecting me with people in manufacturing, education, logistics and healthcare in ways I never anticipated. My path was built not by design, but by the courage to walk through open doors. This is an Honors Engaged Event. Lunch will be provided. Space is limited. RSVP encouraged but not required. Register here for the event Co-sponsored by the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences and University Libraries, with generous support from Dr. Warren Montgomery.
