Mark O’Connor’s An Appalachian Christmas Featuring Maggie O’Connor

Mark and Maggie O’Connor have been in an uninterrupted musical collaboration since the day they first met. Now, the two Grammy Award winners come to Hodgson Concert Hall for the first time to ring in the holidays, Appalachia style. This joyful and heartwarming celebration draws from a variety of musical traditions—including Americana, bluegrass, jazz, and classical—to craft a festive program of beloved carols and Appalachian-inspired songs passed down through generations. With virtuosity and warmth, the O’Connors bring these timeless melodies to life in a performance that perfectly captures the spirit of the season.
