Each September the eight recipients of the Windham-Campbell Literature Prizes travel to Yale for a multi-day international festival celebrating reading and the written word. The festival kicks off with a keynote address by a literary luminary (past speakers have included Patti Smith, Karl Ove Knausgaard, and Joy Harjo), followed by several days of panel discussions, film screenings, theatrical performances, readings, and museum talks.
All events are free and open to the public.
Full festival calendar will be available in mid-August 2027.
