Sustainable AI for a Sustainable World talk ft. Tevfik Kosar

Dr. Kosar is a Professor and Associate Chair in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the University at Buffalo whose work spans AI, large-scale distributed systems, and sustainable computing. He has shaped national computing priorities through his leadership at the National Science Foundation, where he served as a Program Director and led the Cyberinfrastructure for Sustained Scientific Innovation (CSSI) program, coordinating research and innovation across 18 NSF divisions. He also served as co-chair of the NITRD Middleware and Grid Interagency Coordination Group, bringing together federal agencies, academic institutions, and industry to advance cloud computing and networking technologies.
