Be Seen in Green - School of Optometry

All UAB staff are invited to join Staff Council representatives from the School of Optometry for the first Be Seen in Green event of the fall semester!

Held on the same day the Blazers kick off the 2026 football season against Illinois, this event is the perfect opportunity to show your UAB spirit, connect with colleagues, and celebrate the start of another exciting year of Blazer athletics. Stop by to meet your Staff Council representatives, pick up UAB and Staff Council swag, and spread UAB spirite with your fellow Blazers.

Wear your favorite green UAB gear and help us kick off football season while showing your Blazer pride! UAB opens the season against Illinois later that day, making this a great chance to build excitement and support the Blazers as they take the field.
