AIDS: Demystifying This Once Deadly Disease

Students for Global Health and Sustainability club partners with the Kenneth Young Center on the presentation titled AIDS: Demystifying This Once Deadly Disease. The presenters are Nizar Handzic, Ph.D., and Shea Jacobs. They will talk about the difference between HIV and AIDS, standard and emerging treatments for HIV, and access to testing and preventative medications for HIV and STIs. Light refreshments will be served at this event.
