Michelle Grabner - Visiting Artist & Scholar Lecture Series

Michelle Grabner is an artist, writer, curator, and Crown Family Professor of Art at SAIC, bringing three decades of teaching and a Guggenheim Fellowship to a career spanning painting, criticism, and curatorial practice.

The Visiting Artist and Scholar Lecture Series brings acclaimed artists, art historians, educators, curators, and scholars to campus for talks on their work, research, and careers. These events enrich the contemporary art discourse within our classrooms and studios, while extending the conversation to the broader Georgia State University and regional art community. All lectures are free and open to the public.
