CS to Data Science: BAM Information Session

Are you a CU Boulder computer science student considering an accelerated master’s degree — but not sure how data science differs from graduate study in computer science or AI?

Join the MS in data science team to learn what makes the CS → data science BAM pathway distinct. We’ll look at the interdisciplinary MS-DS curriculum, which brings together computer science, statistics, machine learning and other areas of data science, and talk about the kinds of interests and goals that may lead a CS student to consider data science.

You’ll also learn how the BAM pathway works, how graduate coursework can fit into your undergraduate degree, and the potential time and tuition savings of starting the MS-DS while completing your CS degree.
