CJ will walk through his journey as a founder, how he approaches the complex problems that come with starting and scaling a business, and where he sees AI changing the way companies are built today. He'll also share what he looks for when hiring young talent, offering a rare look at what makes early-career candidates stand out to someone on the other side of the table.
