Marvelous Sweet Music pairs Shakespeare's timeless words with a vibrant new score by acclaimed composer and longtime UT Dallas professor Robert Xavier Rodríguez. Commissioned in honor of the opening of the Bass Concert Hall, this world premiere brings together narrator, choir and chamber ensemble in a joyful tribute to music's power to connect us. Featuring UT Dallas faculty member Fred Curchack as narrator, the UT Dallas Chamber Singers, guest instrumentalists and conductor Dr. Jonathan Palant.
