This in-person [MT419A] session is for employees who have already taken the DISC assessment and want to explore how behavioral style differences can influence workplace conflict, communication, and reactions under pressure. Using the DISC framework, participants will identify common conflict triggers, examine the assumptions that can escalate misunderstandings, and recognize their own responses to challenging situations. Through discussion, reflection, and practical application, participants will learn strategies to adapt their communication style, strengthen workplace relationships, and approach conflict more effectively.
