Restoration in Action: Air Potato Showdown at The Environmental Center

Let’s turn restoration into a challenge! 💪 Take part in a campus-wide contest at the Environmental Center to remove as many air potato vines as possible—an invasive plant threatening our native ecosystems. Participants who remove the most air potato will have a chance to win tickets to HistoryMiami Museum or Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden! By competing, you’ll also help refresh the Environmental Center’s trails, creating a more welcoming space for plants, animals, and visitors alike.
