Build your Pilates foundation one principle at a time through this three-part workshop series. Each session combines guided movement with interactive instruction to explore the core principles of Pilates. Whether you're completely new to Pilates or looking to improve your technique, you'll develop greater body awareness, proper movement mechanics, and the confidence to get more out of every class.
Attend all three workshops for a well-rounded introduction to Pilates, or register for the individual session that interests you most. Each workshop is designed to stand alone, so you can participate in one, two, or all three based on your goals.

WHAT YOU WILL GAIN FROM ATTENDING
By the end each workshop, you'll understand the "why" behind specific Pilates movements—not just the exercises themselves. You'll leave feeling more confident in class, more connected to your body, and equipped with techniques that can improve posture, balance, strength, and overall movement in daily life.
This version shifts the emphasis from learning abstract Pilates principles to learning skills participants can immediately recognize and apply, which tends to resonate better with beginners deciding whether to register.
