MavEd Innovators Professional Learning Community (PLC): Advancing General Education Across Campus
Some of the most powerful transformations happen in ongoing conversations with peers. That’s why we launched the MavEd Innovators Professional Learning Community (PLC)! We envision this MavEd PLC as a think-tank where faculty and staff can collaborate, exchange ideas, and push the boundaries of general education together.
Unlike the Course Design Workshop, which focuses on individual course alignment, the MavEd PLC will address the broader curriculum context by exploring how we innovate, support each other, and strengthen general education across the university.
Together, we will discuss best practices in teaching and learning, find new ways to celebrate faculty innovation and successes, and foster a campus-wide culture of continuous improvement in general education.
