Tech Free Thursdays

Join the Department of Health Promotion & Wellness for Tech-Free Thursdays during the Fall 2026 semester. Once a month in the UA Student Center, unplug from your screens and recharge with a wellness break designed just for you. Drop in to relax, create, and reset—whether that means writing a gratitude card, journaling, coloring, reading, or simply taking a quiet moment for yourself. We’ll have games, cards, puzzles, and coloring available, plus a signature creative activity each month like watercolor painting, bookmark making, button design, or bracelet crafting.
