AS Campus Community Garden Compost Party

Join our compost party! Visit the garden on Tuesday October 6th between 9-11:30am, learn about composting, enjoy a free sweet treat, and exchange your food scraps for a free mini compost bin to decorate and take home! We recently re-opened our compost window, and this event is aimed to showcase this resource on campus and generate more food-scrap donations for our community garden. Participants must bring food scraps in order to receive a compost bin. Please bring veggie, fruit, coffee, tea, and brown paper scraps. We do not accept meat, fish, whole eggs, or oily processed food. --- Event Details: https://sammyapp.sjsu.edu/rsvp?id=379663
