Introduction to Archival Research

This workshop will be an introduction to understanding, finding, and using archives and primary sources for learners at all levels. Starting with basic definitions, we will cover access issues, discovery techniques, and use considerations. Leave with a customized plan for your own archival research related to a project or thesis.

Before arriving, please view a three-minute video called What are Archives? Registrants will be surveyed on their project areas the week before the workshop.
