Belonging By Design: Hazing Prevention Workshop (Leading @ IC)

This SLI is intended for Office of Student Engagement Student Organization E-Board members. If you are not a student organization leader, please register for a different SLI.

This 60-minute interactive training equips student leaders to recognize hazing, distinguish it from healthy traditions, and understand the role leadership and bystander intervention play in shaping team culture. Through discussion, scenarios, and collaborative activities, participants will identify harmful behaviors, learn how to intervene safely, and develop positive, inclusive strategies for team cohesion that build camaraderie and connection.
