Interpretive choice, improvisation, and storytime: See how one choice to compose changed a young bassoonist's approach and life in classical music. Bassoonist-composer Mason Cox will perform his own works, lead an improvisation session, and collaborate with fellow bassoonists at Miami University in a combined lecture-recital and workshop on October 13th to share how he's created his own place in the classical music world by expanding his artistry.
