Join Katherine Summer, farm friend, volunteer and certified herbalist, in honoring the deep wisdom of the land and remember our connections to the plants that sustain us.

What You Will Experience

The Art of Noticing: We will begin by quieting our minds and tuning our senses to the subtle language of

the plants.

Overview of Herbalism: Katherine will reviewing what herbalism is, a brief history, the energetics of

plants, why eating seasonally is important, and key terms.

Hands-On Medicine Making: You will learn an intentional, small-batch technique passed down through

generations. Together, we will handcraft a seasonal infused vinegar for you to take home.

Community Connection: Share stories, laughter, and a nourishing seasonal tea alongside a warm, supportive circle of like-minded students.
