Leading and Teaming in Clinical Translational Science

The Leading and Teaming in Clinical Translational Science workshop is great for Clinical Research Professionals, faculty, and students/trainees ready to dive into evidence-based strategies for better collaboration in Clinical and Translational Science. The goal of this workshop series is to provide individuals and teams with key tools, skills, and resources needed to navigate team science collaborations and realize their team's full potential for solving complex problems. Please join us for this 3-part series of workshops to create new systems and structures to improve your team’s culture and productivity.

The Fall 2026 program consists of completing three in-person sessions.
