The holiday season can bring joy and celebration, but it can also present emotional challenges, increased stress, and feelings of grief or loss. Join us for this Lunch & Learn to explore practical strategies for managing stress, building resilience, setting healthy boundaries, and prioritizing your well-being throughout the holiday season. Participants will also learn about the K-State Family Center and the confidential counseling, support, and resources available to help individuals and families navigate life's challenges. Whether you're looking for tools to care for yourself, support a loved one, or simply learn more about this valuable campus resource, this session will provide practical guidance to support well-being during the holidays and beyond. Patricia Barros, Ph.D., LCMFT, Clinic Director and Assistant Clinical Professor, K-State Family Center, School of Human Sciences. Registration is required for this event.
