HRLD In Person: Direct Conversations, Stronger Teams-- A Hands-On Leadership Lab

This workshop is available to WFU Staff and Faculty who are managers with direct reports; register via Workday.

This workshop is aimed at providing people-leaders (managers with direct reports) with support for balancing empathy with clarity in their leadership. Join us for an interactive, practice-based workshop designed to transform how you approach challenging conversations with your direct reports.

Instead of just discussing what to say, you will actively test out proven communication techniques, gain real-time feedback from peers, and leave with a practical toolkit to coach your staff through difficult moments with confidence and care.

This workshop will take place on Thursday, December 10th from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM in Reynolda 301. You are welcome to eat your lunch during the session.
