iFriend participants will understand the basics of interculturalism and how culture impacts communication and relationships. iFriend participants will learn about “cultural self-awareness,” while recognizing how unconscious reactions to nonverbal behaviors affect judgments about others. Attendees will increase their knowledge and skills to overcome cultural differences.
