The morning session focuses on the psychology of Leading Without Authority, teaching you how to build the credibility and trust necessary to lead peers and supervisors alike. In the afternoon, we pivot to Strategic Negotiation, where you will apply those influence skills to formal deal-making, resource allocation, and value creation. By the end of the day, you will have a comprehensive toolkit for navigating professional relationships with both the "soft" power of persuasion and the "hard" skills of high-stakes negotiation. This course is one of several open enrollment leadership programs comprising the Certificate in Leadership. Programs are presented on a rotating basis throughout the year with completion of four programs resulting in a Certificate in Leadership.
