This Tide 2 meeting focuses on the importance of self‑care and overall well‑being as essential parts of strong, sustainable leadership. Students will explore practical ways to manage stress, maintain balance, and prioritize their mental and physical health throughout the semester. A guest speaker from the Office of Student Care and Well‑Being will share insights on campus resources and healthy habits that support success both inside and outside the classroom.
