Presented by: Dr. Stephanie Lunn, Assistant Professor, Multidisciplinary Engineering and Computing Education, Systems and Management and the STEM Transformation Institute
Decision-making around how data is collected, evaluated, stored, and maintained can play a critical role in shaping research outcomes. In this workshop, we will consider data integrity, including accuracy, completeness, accountability, and common threats to validity and reliability. Through discussions and interactive activities, participants will engage with best practices, strategic techniques (e.g., version control and documentation), and practical resources to ensure quality, as well as anticipate and mitigate risks, throughout the data lifecycle.
Note: This workshop will only be taking place in person. Please RSVP by clicking the "Register" button at the top so we can ensure we have enough availability! Thank you so much!
