Get ready to play, cheer and celebrate UTMB teamwork!

All UTMB employees and their families are invited to attend the UTMB Kickball Tournament, an employee engagement and wellness event designed to foster camaraderie, teamwork and institutional pride across our university community. Family and spectators welcome.

Whether you’re taking the field, cheering from the sidelines, or bringing the family along for the day, this event is designed to bring the UTMB community together through teamwork, camaraderie, wellness, and a little friendly competition.

Team Check-In: 9 a.m.
Games Begin: 10 a.m.

Tournament participation is limited to 24 teams.

Tournament format: Single Elimination
Registration Deadline: October 12, 2026

Game schedules and brackets will be sent to Team Captains after registration closes.

Game Day Information

Games will be played on Field 1 and Field 2.
In the event of inclement weather, the game will be cancelled by Thursday, Oct. 22, 2026.
Bleachers and water will be available, but participants and spectators are encouraged to bring:
