Faculty Learning Community: Women+ & The Classroom

In partnership with the Center for Women and Business, this Faculty Learning Community brings together faculty of all genders to build community and mutual support while exploring how gender dynamics shape teaching and learning within a predominantly male institutional context.

Through collaborative dialogue, evidence-informed strategies, and classroom experimentation, members will design and test approaches that foster a more inclusive classroom experience for women and women+ students. The community will also co-create a practical faculty toolkit grounded in shared experiences, student feedback, and applied teaching inquiry.
